Job description, responsibilities and duties

Newly built Data Streaming team should become a fully agile, end2end delivery team in RPC, responsible for building, running, and improving data streaming which support several critical card business products and services for Raiffeisen banks in CEE/SEE.
Data Streaming is becoming a key component for integration and data presentation within the Raiffeisen group, and automation of deployments and delivery is an important success pillar.
We would like to bring our Data Streaming team to the next level and for this we are looking for an experienced Solution architect.

Your responsibilities:
• Collecting of functional and non-functional requirements for payment solutions and distilling our product backlog into high-level solution designs and visual modelling in cooperation with IT Architect
• Make architectural decisions for new and/or existing components in collaboration with IT Architects
• Preparation of high-level solution designs for new use cases
• Support the Development Team and Business Analyst to break down high-level solution designs into user stories
• Keeping the HLD up to date and supporting Technical Writers in Merchant Documentation
• Cooperation with internal and external customers, suppliers, and card schemes (VISA, Mastercard)
• Analysis of rules and regulations of card schemes to ensure alignment of standards between schemes payment solutions
• International collaboration among the Raiffeisen Bank International Group
• Advocating and implementing modern and sound Software Development Life Cycle practices to achieve quality of our products

Wage (gross)

3 000 EUR/monthminimum 3000 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (if you are more senior please, don´t hesitate to share your expectations. Final salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills.)

1) Short call with our HR where you will get basic information about RPC, team and first questions on your expectations and background

2) Suitable candidates will be invited to the interview with manager and senior professional from the team will be sometimes available as well.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum. On the other hand, we want to get to know you as much as we can, to find out whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests, reference check, or need extra meeting with you. Every candidate will receive an answer.
