Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

V súčasnej dobe je potreba monitorovania a predchádzania podvodom platobnými kartami neoddeliteľnou súčasťou kartových transakcií. Riziko zneužitia platobnej karty číha doslova po každej platbe. Do nášho tímu, ktorý monitoruje a predchádza podvodom platobnými kartami, hľadáme nového kolegu!

Tvojou náplňou práce bude:

- Uplatňovanie postupov a opatrení za účelom eliminácie podvodov na platobných kartách,
- Analýza podozrivých platieb,
- Komunikácia s kartovými spoločnosťami VISA, MasterCard, s pobočkami/kontaktnými centrami bánk RBI skupiny, kolegami z iných oddelení RPC, s inými domácimi a zahraničnými bankami,
- Sledovanie notifikácií v prípade nedostupnosti aplikácií/systémov, Kontrolovanie výsledkov behu automatizovaných procesov.

Tím funguje na 12-hodinové zmeny (denné a nočné vrátane víkendov a sviatkov, štandardný režim je 2x denná, 2x nočná, 4 dni voľno).Ustanovený týždenný pracovný čas zamestnanca predstavuje 36,15 hodín týždenne a je rozvrhnutý striedavo v dvoch zmenách v nepretržitej prevádzke.(07:00 - 19:00 a 19:00 - 07:00)

Mzdové podmienky (brutto)

1 000 EUR/mesiacminimum 1000 € (priemerný plat zahŕňajúci zmenové príplatky je od cca1200 €) + fixné príplatky dvakrát ročne + bonus

RPC was established in 2000 as a division of Tatra banka, and with more than 20 years of success stories we provide services in the area of issuance and acceptance of payment cards to member banks of the Raiffeisen bank International Group. The separate company was established in 2008 as a Shared Service Centre to centralize the group’s card payment operations and to achieve high efficiency and price competitiveness.
