* design IT strategy and set goals to assigned departments for growth
* execute IT strategy to achieve company strategic goals
* evaluate departments performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
* evaluates IT Organization setup and develops measures to ensure IT organization in line with general RBI Group direction
* manages the implementation of RPC IT deliveries in accordance with the overall strategy and department structure
* manages the implementation of RPC SW deliveries in accordance with the overall strategy and department structure; responsible for IT development, IT infrastructure, IT architectures
* manages and sponsors of strategic IT core software platforms and infrastructure projects
responsible for IT budget
* communicates with external partners and co-ordinates change
contributes to IT budgeting for asset management, license management, HW&SW investment and maintenance and respond for its efficient use
* manages people, plans tasks and evaluates goals.

Wage (gross)

6 000 EUR/month+ 13th/14th salary and bonus Offered salary is equal to minimal level of experience communicated in the advertisement. Personality requirements and skills

- 10 or more years of experience in IT
- at least 5 years of progressive leadership responsibilities preferably in Bank/Card/Telecommunication environment + international environment
- deep IT knowledge
- experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams influencing key stakeholders across the organization and within complex contexts
- demonstrated experience in both planning and successful execution roles in complex environments
- preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT infrastructure from hardware, server operating system, storage/backup
