What agenda is waiting for you?
• Support Merchants and partner banks on organizational/technical questions (2nd level of support)
• Check logs for decline/approve payments reasons
• Monitor decline rates during business hours
• Validate information and configurations in the production database
• Troubleshoot merchant configuration
• Cooperation with other L2 support units within the company
• Identify problems and patterns regarding declines or errors
• Give input/feedback to product team/partner banks

Wage (gross)

1 500 EUR/month1500€/month + fix allowances twice a year + yearly bonus (Offered salary is equal to minimal level of experience communicated in the advertisement. Please, if you are more senior, do not hesitate to share your expectations with us.)

Information about the selection process

​Thank you very much for your interest in our job vacancies and RPC. Recruitment process may vary from position, seniority, or number of applicants, but you may expect:

1) Short call with our HR where you will get basic information about RPC, team and first questions on your expectations and background
2) Suitable candidates will be invited to the interview with manager and senior professional from the team will be sometimes available as well.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum. On the other hand, we want to get to know you as much as we can, to find out whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests, reference check, or need extra meeting with you. Every candidate will receive an answer.
