Job description, responsibilities and duties

OpenAPI team is a fully agile, end2end delivery team in RPC, responsible for building, running and improving APIs which support several critical card business products and services for Raiffeisen banks in CEE/SEE.

APIs, together with Data Streaming, are becoming a key component for integration and data presentation within the Raiffeisen group, and quality of deliveries and their automation is an important success pillar.

We would like to bring our online integration platforms to the next level and for this we are looking for an experienced Product Owner who would be willing to deal with challenges coming from all over the group.

What will be Your role about?
• Take lead of delivery teams as the Product Owner
• Providing vision and direction to the delivery team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Align the roadmap and vision with other Product Owners and customers
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with other RPC departments (Account management, Service Portfolio Management, Financial services) to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Identify the project and running costs and propose the product pricing in cooperation with Account Management, Service Portfolio Management and Finance
• Lead the planning product release plans and set and manage the expectation for delivery of new functionalities with the respective NWBs
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product, follow best market practices

Wage (gross)

3 000 EUR/monthminimum 3000 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal we put a min. salary, but please, don´t hesitate to share your expectations, we are open to negotiate :) final salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Product Owner Qualifications / Skills:
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
- Outstanding communication, facilitation and negotiation, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams

Other requirements:
- Experience in product or project development experience, or project development experience on an Agile Team
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
- Very good working knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Fluent English in speaking and writing writing

The separate company was established in 2008 as a Shared Service Centre to centralize the group’s card payment operations and to achieve high efficiency and price competitiveness.
